K Kavitha, an MLC for the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), is due to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the second round of questioning in the case involving Delhi’s liquor policy. She ignored the initial summons because the Supreme Court was still hearing her petition challenging the ED notice. As former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia was taken into custody in connection with the alleged liquor policy fraud on March 11, Kavitha was questioned by the government agency for about nine hours.The BRS MLC and daughter of Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao had left for Delhi on Sunday from Begumpet airport, according to the New Indian Express. She was accompanied by her husband Anil, brother and state IT minister KT Rama Rao, MPs Vaddiraju Ravi Chandra Joginapally Santosh and others.
