Kangana Ranaut clarifies her stand on entering politics

Despite having a strong interest in politics, actress Kangana Ranaut declared on Sunday that she had no aspirations to pursue a career in politics. Ranaut went to the National Gallery of Modern Art, which is hosting an e-auction including more than 1,200 gifts for Prime Minister Narendra Modi that started on September 17. She stays committed to her cinematic profession, the actor, who has made bids for the model of the forthcoming Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, said reporters.

I don’t have any plans to run for office since I’m too busy filming my movies. I am interested in politics, but only as an artist. Since I began my profession as an artist when I was 16, I have achieved success. After much effort, I’ve finally achieved this point,” Ranaut remarked.

The performer, 35, asserted that her political views would be reflected in her work. Ranaut remarked, “I won’t ever make good films without bearing in mind my interest in politics. I don’t have the capacity to start again in a new career. The actor claimed to have strong patriotic beliefs and to always support anyone who are “doing excellent work for the country.” “I’m an American… Despite the fact that I am quite busy at work, she continued, “I will always support those who are doing good for the country, regardless of the party to which they belong.

Ranaut also discussed the upcoming film she will be directing, “Emergency,” in which she will also play the former prime leader Indira Gandhi. The movie is marketed as telling the tale of a turning point in Indian politics. The actor admitted that the movie’s topic is contentious in nature and that it was only possible for her to take on the issue because of the “current government’s” promotion of creative freedom.”It is a contentious subject, and I don’t believe anyone has ever been free to tell this narrative in public before. The new administration offers actors a certain level of security and a platform, thus it is now possible. Ranaut claimed that Vivek Agnihotri ji received security since he created a movie.

This nation has hitherto lacked such artistic freedom, she said. “What could have prevented a film exploration of this story. Mrs. Indira Gandhi was such a huge personality who held the position of prime minister three times, and the Emergency was such a scandal. “This was a significant period in the history of the nation, but no one had the guts to produce a movie about it. Thus, in my opinion, this is a very favourable period for artists,” the actor stated.Along with Mahima Chaudhry and Milind Soman, “Emergency” will also star veteran actor Anupam Kher as author and cultural activist Pupul Jayakar, Shreyas Talpade as former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and Anupam Kher as revolutionary leader J P Narayan.
