KIIT and KISS founder Achyuta Samanta supported Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to strengthen an institution’s alumni to sustain its expansion. He further elaborates that strengthening the alumni will also enhance the institution equally.

Achyuta Samanta shared his thoughts on PM Modi’s call to strengthen alumni of an institution via Twitter. He tweeted -“We absolutely agree that strengthening alumni can strengthen the institution and bolster development. At @KIITUniversity and @kissfoundation, we acknowledge and empower alumni who play a key role as ambassadors of their alma mater.”

Even earlier at the monthly show of PM’s “Mann Ki Baat,” he had very strongly highlighted the need to adopt the tenacity and talent of the alumni of any college or university or school. Along with that, PM Modi also requested to strengthen their bonds with their institution from where they have studied. He also asked the institutions to engage the strength of their alumni with many innovations and developments so that it will help to bring better opportunities for the current students continually.

PM Modi further stated that the urban and the rural schools and colleges also need to have proper alumni and a robust alumni network for the students so that they will also help the rural students bond and engage themselves. But schools and colleges in urban and rural have a vital role in establishing alumni for their students.
