The IMD forecast is heavy to very heavy rainfall over several Odisha districts over the next five days under the influence of the system.

Orange warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Koraput, Malkangiri, and Rayagada.
Yellow warning: Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Angul, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Boudh, and Nuapada, Jajpur, Nayagarh, Bhadrak, Bolangir, Sonepur, Puri, Khurda and Balasore.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at most places over the districts of Odisha.
July 12 (8.30 pm) to July 13 (8.30 pm)
Yellow warning: Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Koraput, Nabarangpur, Malkangiri, Nuapada, Kalahandi, and Sonepur, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Deogarh, Angul, and Balangir.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at most places over the districts of interior Odisha and at many places over coastal Odisha.
July 13 (8.30 pm) to July 14 (8.30 pm)
Yellow warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore, Jajpur, Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, and Kandhamal.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Odisha.

Orange warning: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, and Bargarh.
Yellow warning: Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Malkangiri, Koraput, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Gajapati and Rayagada.
