Ayodhya Airport To Be Renamed As Maryada Purushottam Sri Ram Airport

The airport in Ayodhya will be named after the Maryada Purushottam Sri ram Airport.  The airport will be recognized as an international airport.  Yogi Adityanath’s cabinet on Tuesday approved a proposal to rename the Ayodhya airport and send a proposal to the Ministry of Civil Aviation for its international recognition.

A spokesman for the state government said Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had announced the construction of the airport in Ayodhya on November 6, 2018.  Preparations are underway to make the airport international.  At the airport, the runway will be expanded to include A-321 in the first phase and B-777 in the second phase.  The Indian Aviation Authority will provide 600 acres of land for this purpose.

Notably, construction of the magnificent Ram temple in Ayodhya has already begun.  In addition, the Yogi government is pushing for a new look by connecting Ayodhya with advanced communications.

On one hand, the construction of the magnificent Ram Mandir of Lord Rama will continue and on the other hand, Ayodhya will also be equipped with world-class modern facilities.  Ayodhya will be connected to all forms of modern communication by rail, road and air.

According to sources, the government wants to show the world an Ayodhya in the next five years, which will be called the “Most Favorite Tourist Destination”.  The government is working hard to shine on Ayodhya and its environs in all areas, including airports, trains, infrastructure and electricity.
