On Saturday, the second day of his visit to Mayurbhanj, 5T Secretary V K Pandian visited several development projects in the district and listened to public complaints.Pandian began the day by assessing the status of ongoing multi-village piped water supply projects and massive piped water delivery schemes at the blocks of Bangriposi, Samakhunta, Kuliana, Suliapda, Morada, and other locations. The projects’ total cost of execution is Rs 2,127 crore. Starting in October, the initiatives will be operationalized in stages. The officials were given orders by Pandian to make sure it was finished in the allotted time. He examined the ongoing irrigation in Subarnarekha.
The development of several road projects in the Bangriposi, Moroda, and Udala blocks was examined by Pandian. In the blocks of Bangriposi, Morada, Betnoti, and Udala, he reviewed the development of Ama Hospitals. He took part in the grievance sessions that were held in the morning at Bangriposi, Morada, Betnoti, and Udala. He engaged the public in conversation about their complaints.
