On November 25 and 26, the CISF Kharavela Regional Training Centre (KRTC) in Mundali hosted a two-day “Millet Mela.” The Ministry of Home Affairs and CISF Headquarters organized the event with the goal of promoting millet intake and its health advantages.
The expo highlighted the recipes, nutritional benefits, and simplicity of preparation of a variety of millets and millet-based cuisines. CISF personnel, trainees, sister agencies, schoolchildren, and local villagers all attended the ceremony.
Awareness of the value of millets for a healthier lifestyle was increased by the successful event. The campaign seeks to increase general well-being and promote good eating habits by encouraging the use of millet.
