Two unexplained fatalities occurred in the capital city on Friday night, shocking both the police and the populace. A woman’s body was discovered in two different occurrences near the Barmunda bus stop, while the body of a medical student was discovered in his Patia hostel room. Though investigations into both cases have been started by the authorities, it is still unknown what exactly caused the fatalities.
At the Barmunda bus terminal, some passengers reportedly noticed a woman’s body and alerted the authorities. Police responded to the call, arrived on the scene, removed the body, and sent it for a post-mortem. According to preliminary findings, the deceased woman lived in Ganjam district’s Sorada neighborhood. She and a young man had purchased tickets to go to Sorada last night. The reasons of her death are still unknown, though.
The woman’s identity and that of the young man who was with her are being investigated by the police. The mystery surrounding her death is being investigated further. In a another occurrence, the body of a student in the state capital of Patia who was preparing for the MBBS was found in his hostel room.
Arnab Krishna, a Jharkhand native from Dhanbad, was reportedly pursuing medical coaching in the nation’s capital. He was discovered hanging from the ceiling of a private hostel in Patia. His feet were in contact with the earth, and the cops discovered a plastic rope around his neck. There were additional bloodstains close to his feet. After locating the deceased, Chandrasekharpur police opened an investigation into what happened. The precise circumstances surrounding Arab’s death are still unclear.
