Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today held an important meeting with senior party leaders to further strengthen the party’s organisational strength in all the seven Assembly constituencies under the Puri Parliamentary Constituency. In the meeting held at the Chief Minister’s residence-Naveen Niwas, it was decided to draw up a detailed plan within the next 30 days on how to improve the party’s performance in the Puri Parliamentary Constituency.
We always have conversations about our organization and the work that we do. It’s a standard procedure. In keeping with that, we spoke about all of the assembly constituencies that are part of the Puri Lok Sabha constituency today. Our ongoing efforts are focused on fortifying our organizational foundation and fostering human connections. BJD leader and Nayagarh MLA Arun Sahoo said, “After attending the meeting at Naveen Niwas, we discussed how we can further connect with people under the circumstances since the model code of conduct has come into force.”
Aside from Sahoo, the meeting was attended by BJD’s Puri district observer and Agriculture Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain, Satyabadi MLA Uma Samantaray, Pipili MLA Rudra Maharathy, Rajya Sabha Member Subhasish Khuntia, BJD Organizational Secretary Pranab Prakash Das, former Minister Sanjay Dasburma, and Rajya Sabha Member Manas Mangaraj.
