Naveen Patnaik Yet Again As most popular Chief Minister In MOTN poll

The Chief Minister is again ranked as the best performing Chief Minister at the State level as per the India Today Group-Karvy Insights Mood of the Nation (MOTN) January 2021 poll.

Recently Odisha chief Minister was the most popular Chief Minister in India as the C-voter poll. For the most popular chief minister rating, the respondents of the state were asked to evaluate their own chief ministers’ performance. By beating Chief Ministers Arvind Kejriwal, Yogi Adityanath and Uddhav Thackeray, Naveen Patnaik ranked as the best performing Chief Minister after 51 per cent of respondents from Odisha rated him with maximum and positive ranking.

As per India Today report, 41 per cent voted for Delhi CM Kejriwal, 39 per cent voted for Yogi Adityanath who also emerged as the most popular Chief Minister for the fourth time in a row on the national level.

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray and Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao tied at 35 per cent in the MOTN rankings.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been rated the best performing CM in India with 25 per cent votes at the national level. He is followed by Arvind Kejriwal (14%), Mamata Banerjee (9%), Nitish Kumar and Uddhav Thackrey (7%) and Naveen Patnaik and Jagan Mohan Reddy (6%).
