Not Able To Allow Relief On Loan Moratorium Interest: Center To Apex Court

The central government has informed the Supreme Court that “it’s impossible  to give more help to different sectors” in the midst of the novel Covid pandemic, focusing on that “courts ought not meddle in financial affairs”.

While hearing petitions on a waiver of interest on conceded EMIs – or interest on intrigue – to help small borrowers during the Covid pandemic, the top court said the central government’s oath “neglects to manage a few issues raised by applicants”.
