In the midst of tight security, the family members of the 20-year woman purportedly assaulted and tormented in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras – will today appear before the Lucknow seat of the Allahabad High Court. The lady kicked the bucket at a hospital in Delhi a month ago, fourteen days after the supposed attack and torment that set off far and wide shock.
The family left from Hathras for state capital Lucknow, around 380 km away, early today.
“I am going with them. Appropriate security plans have been made. The locale justice and administrator of police is likewise going with us,” Anjali Ganwar, Sub Divisional Magistrate, was cited as saying by news organization ANI.
The UP Police on Sunday guaranteed about the security game plans around the casualty’s home.
“There is adequate security for the casualty’s family. The neighborhood police is in contact with the family and close by towns. Authorities have been directing harmony meeting in the close by towns and engaged them not to focus on the gossipy tidbits,” senior cop Vineet Jaiswal told ANI.
The 20-year woman from Hathras was purportedly assaulted and attacked by four “upper caste” men from her town. The state government has gone under hefty analysis over the treatment of the case that many have contrasted with the 2012 assault in Delhi, which called for stricter laws. A huge aspect of that analysis has been about the treatment of the young lady’s tormented family purportedly secured up their home while the casualty was hurriedly incinerated.
“Stunned” by the supposed assault and murder of the 20-year woman and her persuasive incineration by the police in this way, the Lucknow seat of the Allahabad High Court on October 1 had called top government authorities to the court.
