Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya, a BJP MP, is sworn in as a minister of state. With more than 4.5 lakh votes, Nimuben Bambhaniya defeated Umesh Makwana of the AAP from Bhavnagar. Her victory coincided with the Rajput community’s rallies in Bhavnagar against the BJP. In response to offensive remarks made against the Rajput community by senior BJP leader and Rajkot Lok Sabha candidate Parshottam Rupala, the community leaders have called for voting against the BJP and boycotting the elections.

As ministers of state in the NDA administration, BJP MPs Ajay Tamta and Bandi Sanjay Kumar take an oath of office.Sukanta Majumdar, the leader of the West Bengal BJP, is sworn in as a minister of state. After winning the north Bengali seat of Balurghat in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) entered parliament. According to current polls, he kept his seat.
