Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik stated in his affidavit that he possesses assets valued at Rs 71 crore when he submitted his nomination for the Hinjli Assembly seat. The BJD leader claims in his affidavit that he possesses movable property valued at Rs 14 crore and Rs 30,000 in cash. In the affidavit, he has disclosed information on his bank deposits, bonds, debentures, investments, postal deposits, and landed property holdings.
Recently, Naveen opened an account in Kantabanji SBI, where he is also contesting. He has Rs 30 lakh set aside in this account for election-related costs. He has two fixed deposits: one at HDFC Bank in New Delhi for Rs. I,00,00,000 and one at Bank of India in Janpath, New Delhi, for Rs. 75,00,000.
Additionally, he holds savings accounts at Bank of India, Janpath, New Delhi, State Bank of India, Parliament House, New Delhi, and State Bank of India, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, totalling Rs. 68,34,316.13, 1999.00, and 22,50,990.27, respectively.
The Odisha chief minister has immovable properties valued at Rs 57 crore. Among these assets are the land and building owned by Naveen Niwas, valued at Rs 13.66 crore, and his home on New Delhi’s Abdul Kalam Road, valued at Rs 43.36 crore.
