Governor Professor Ganeshi Lal released the patriotic song ‘ A Mati Odisha, A Jati Odia’ at the Raj Bhawan on the occasion of Utkala Dibasa.

According to the report, the song was written by Basant Raj Samal and composed by music director Prem Anand. The song has been sung by many popular artists – Humane Sagar, Ananya Sritam Nanda, Ashutosh Mohanty, Sricharan Mohanty, Sabisesh Mishra, Sasank Sekhar, Pragyan Prasmita Hota, Biswajit Mahapatra, Deba Krupa Mishra, Alka Abhilekha, Samikshya Mishra, Lopamudra Dash, Sriya Mishra and Sonam Dash.
Even Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik along with the Governor has lent their voices in the song. The song bestowed the treasures and beauty of Odisha and it was shot under the director of Jaya Biswas.
During the release of the song the Governor praised the effort of all the team and also congratulated all the people who were involved in the successful production of the song. Even Secretary to Governor Dr. Pramod Meherda was also present during the launch of the song.

Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal also inaugurated SAI Online at Raj Bhawan where the portal will provide homeschooling and will help the students from classes Play Group to Class XII. Governor congratulated all the fraternity of SAI International Education Group and said- “In every challenge is a greater opportunity and SAI International under the leadership of Dr Sahoo has brought about a renaissance in the field of online teaching and learning through SAI Online. The School has changed the dynamics of School learning and must be replicated by all. Your persistence and perseverance have paid off in its truest forms.”
