Odisha Receives Over 3 Lakh Citizen-Inputs For Odisha Vision 2036 & 2047

Through email, WhatsApp, and the dedicated Odisha Vision website, the government of Odisha has received more than 3 lakh citizen inputs for its Odisha Vision 2036 & 2047 program from both India and outside. According to an official statement released on Sunday, this outstanding public participation strengthens Odisha’s standing as a pioneer in participatory governance, with a common goal of creating a Vikasit Odisha for a Vikasit Bharat. With the words, “Thank you Odisha for coming forward with valuable inputs for shaping Odisha’s future,” Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi acknowledged each and every contributor.

Odisha has used artificial intelligence (AI) technology for the first time in India to carefully examine and evaluate public contributions, making sure that all opinions are taken into account and that the finest ideas are included into the state’s strategic plan. According to the release, this creative move demonstrates Odisha’s dedication to using cutting-edge technology to strengthen citizen-driven policymaking. Deputy Chief Ministers Pravati Parida and Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo also conveyed their heartfelt gratitude, highlighting the importance of teamwork in achieving the goal of an economically successful Odisha. The Odisha Vision Citizen Engagement Platform, a historic partnership for a better future, has gathered feedback from a wide range of stakeholders, including professionals, students, government representatives, organizations, and notable individuals.

The 17 revolutionary thematic areas covered by these contributions will constitute the cornerstone of Odisha’s inclusive and sustainable growth. These include:
