It seems that Odisha is finally getting out from the cloud of the third wave of COVID 19. While the cases were more than 10000 just around 10 days ago, it has drastically come down to less than 2000 daily positive cases. In the last 24 hours as per the reports of the I and Pr department, the state witnessed 1,497 new COVID cases.
Out of 1,497 positive cases, 283 people were from 0-18 age groups. Out of the total number of cases, 874 were quarantined, and 623 were from local contacts.
