The annual Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath at Puri will be a webcast live on YouTube this year.
According to the report, it will also be a live telecast on Doordarshan but this year it will be a webcast live on Youtube also.
Live coverage of Snana Yatra, Gundicha Yatra, Bahuda Yatra, Suna-Besha and Neeladri-Bije will also be telecast live on the YouTube channel of the I&PR department.
Information & Public Relations Department stated that the DD will provide a common feed to recommended electronics media and web media channels free of cost.
Due to the situation of Covid the decision was taken similar to last year where no devotees were allowed and live coverage were allowed.
