After daily COVID active cases nearly touching the 300 mark on Thursday, there has been a sharp fall in the number of active cases. As per the recent reports, Odisha saw a drop in daily COVID caseload as 173 people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours against 286 the previous day.

The state had reported 195 cases on Thursday, 255 on Wednesday, 151 on Tuesday, 105 on Monday, 189 on Sunday, and 193 cases on Saturday.
