Since the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a considerable drop in the minimum or nighttime temperature in many parts of Odisha over the next few days, cold conditions are likely to return.
The nighttime temperature is expected to gradually drop by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius at several locations across the districts of Odisha over the next four to five days, according to the most recent IMD projection.Despite the fact that the weather will remain dry overall, people in various parts of the state will probably experience difficulties due to the drop in minimum temperature. The IMD reports that the low pressure area from yesterday over southern Coastal Andhra Pradesh and the surrounding area has diminished.
The related cyclonic circulation, however, is currently located over northern interior Tamil Nadu and the surrounding area and rises to mid-tropospheric levels. Within the next 24 hours, a new cyclonic circulation is predicted to develop over the northern Andaman Sea. Over the next five days, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands are projected to have widespread light to moderate rainfall, as well as isolated or scattered light to moderate rainfall over Lakshadweep, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
