In a recent survey conducted by India Today, titled ‘Mood of the Nation’, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has secured the 8th position among the top-performing Chief Ministers in the country. Despite being in office for just 14 months, Majhi has managed to garner significant popularity among the people of Odisha, who have appreciated his performance.
Bhupendra Patel (Gujarat), Yogi Adityanath (Uttar Pradesh), Mohan Yadav (Madhya Pradesh), Chandrababu Naidu (Andhra Pradesh), Mamata Banerjee (West Bengal), and Bhagwant Singh Mann (Punjab) are among the other chief ministers on the list. The public’s opinion of the Chief Ministers’ performance and influence on the growth of the state is reflected in the poll. Chief Ministers of states with more than ten Lok Sabha seats were taken into consideration for the survey.
