You’ve probably heard a lot of exciting tales, but this one about a mediocre businessman who makes his ambitions come true by creating a real estate empire in the middle of Bhubaneswar is sure to capture your attention.
After he and his crew were seen delivering food and blankets to the families of slum residents in several sections of Bhubaneswar during the outbreak of Covid-19, a young man from the Nayagarh district became widely known as Titan Sahoo, Managing Director of Loreal Estate Venture.
The founder of Loreal Estate Venture, who has delivered over a dozen prime properties in Khorda and Pulnakhara as well as in Kolkata, started the company on the strength of his belief that “I CAN” due to his own performance in delivering properties while working for a couple of reputable Real estate companies. As a group, we haven’t looked back since. Since then, its primary objective has been to restore its former vitality by introducing an increasing number of projects at reasonable costs.
Passionate about using art and music for social good, and a firm believer in KARMA and devotion to Lord Jagannath. Recently, he’s been doing performances off of his own album to spread positive themes. To improve the educational opportunities and outcomes for the people of his hamlet, SIDHAMULLA-KINTILO, he has planned to establish a high-quality school.
To gain perspective on his life, he prioritizes his time by exploring the lesser-known and more well-known temples of Odisha and then connecting with other spiritual figures. His core principle is that happiness should be shared and brought to as many people as possible. Through his words, he sounds a rallying cry for us to share our happiness with the world.
