PM Modi speaks with Sandeshkhali survivor and BJP candidate for Basirhat Lok Sabha, Rekha Patra

Referred to as a “Shakti Swaroopa,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Rekha Patra, the Basirhat candidate for the BJP.Tuesday saw a conversation between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rekha Patra, the Basirhat-born Lok Sabha candidate for the Bharatiya Janata Party.She is one of the victims of the alleged Sandeshkhali assault, which was carried out by Sheikh Shahjahan, the imprisoned former leader of the Trinamool Congress.Regarding her Basirhat campaign and BJP support, PM Modi questioned Patra. She also described the victims of Sandeshkhali’s suffering.

“You are a Shakti Swaroopa, having waged a great battle at Sandeshkhali. You put such influential people behind bars. During the phone call with Patra, the prime minister observed, “You have pulled off a very courageous act.”

Hinduism’s word for deities like Durga and Kali is Shakti. Patra retorted, “The encouragement from ladies enabled me to succeed. I’ll take everyone with me as I walk the path they have indicated.” The prime minister gave the BJP candidate his unwavering support.It is not often that Sandeshkhali women are given a voice. Your bravery indicates that we shall be blessed by the Nari Shakti in Bengal. I implore you to tell people about the Center’s efforts. The prime minister told Patra that the people in Bengal are tired of the TMC government’s refusal to allow the state to implement federal programmes.
