Pramila Mallik, minister of revenue and disaster management, has been granted additional responsibility for the departments of labor and employees’ state insurance as well as school and mass education.
On Friday, Speaker of the Odisha Assembly Bikram Keshari Arukha and two Ministers of State (MoS)—Ministers of School and Mass Education Samir Ranjan Dash and Minister of Labor & Employees’ State Insurance Srikanta Sahu—resigned from their offices.
Dash and Sahu both claimed to have quit so they could devote their whole attention to organizational work.
