Sujata Agarwal, director of 9 Sky View Residences Pvt Ltd, has made a significant real estate investment, purchasing three luxury apartments in the JVPD area for ₹98.58 crore. The flats, located in the Rustomjee Elements project in New D N Nagar, were bought at an average price of ₹80,000 per square foot.
The ready-to-move-in apartments, spread across the 14th and 15th floors of the building, include 3, 4, and 5 BHK units. According to property documents accessed through Zapkey.com, one of the apartments, measuring 7,610 sq ft, was purchased for ₹58.65 crore, while a 2,397 sq ft flat on the 15th floor was acquired for ₹20.22 crore, and a 2,326 sq ft unit for ₹19.71 crore.
Agarwal’s company specializes in real estate investments, and the total stamp duty paid for the three apartments amounted to ₹5.9 crore, with an additional registration fee of ₹90,000. The agreements for the properties were registered on February 20.
In a separate luxury deal earlier this year, directors of Sahastraa Advisors Private Limited purchased an apartment in Juhu’s under-construction Lodha Avalon Tower for ₹106 crore, setting a new record in the area with a per-square-foot price of ₹1,18,844.
