Resting during the storms

By Abhishek Haridasan

Take a deep breath and look outside the window. It’s stormy and wet, and the weather forecast seems similar for the next few days. You’re probably raring to go, having filled your kitty with the inspiration you need and the ideas that click!

Perhaps you’re more prepared than ever before. However, extrinsic factors haven’t made peace with you, and hence, you need to rest a little more.

Do you want to flap your arms and fly into the sky, with a parachute safely perched behind you, in case you have an off day? Well, be my guest, but wait for the weather to settle down. Use the storms to clear your mind and practice those patience moves that you self-taught yourself.

You toned your arms, built muscles and boosted your memory with the information that will set you apart, however grit, determination, and self-awareness will take you places. And right now, it’s all about conserving your energy to give your best when it’s needed!

The days of your life will come, and being ready for them is a consistent and continuous process. You’re flapping those arms well, allowing aerodynamics and physics to do its job well. You’ve understood your strengths, ironed out your weaknesses and realised that moments of pride are in the making!

You’re resting and have plugged yourself in to recharge. When you reach 100 percent and the skies clear, you’ll be up and ready to take over what’s truly written for you.

Resting now, testing your patience, and setting your pace for what’s to come! You’re excited and this could be everything that you ever dreamed of.

You are ready, stick to being steady and go strong once you’re in the zone!
