Interview Times 
The Rotaract Club of Dhenkanal organized an open mic event, “Nostalgia – A Journey Through Talent and Memories,” on Sunday. The evening was a vibrant celebration of creativity, featuring poetry, storytelling, shayaris, music, and more.
The event aimed to provide a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talents and inspire others towards creativity.
The event commenced with a welcoming speech by host Avinash Sahu, the charter president of Rotaract Club Dhenkanal. Following this, Amrita Mishra, the secretary, presented the club activities report, while president Sibaprasad Swain introduced the club.
Distinguished guests of honor included Dr. Puspalata Rath, lecturer and member of Odisha Sahitya Academy; Ishwari Jhawar, past president of Inner Wheel Club of Dhenkanal and a former model and actor; Harsha vardhan Singhdeo, past president of Rotary Club Dhenkanal and Sagarika Mishra, Director Vocational Service, Rotary Club of Dhenkanal.
The highlight of the event was the poetry competition, where Princy Yadav emerged as the champion, followed by Rose Nigam in second place and Amrita Priya in third place, all representing IIMC Dhenkanal. Mamta Mahakud secured the fourth position. In the performance category, Shanvi Mishra’s captivating dance moves and Devashish’s melodious singing were recognized, earning them well-deserved prizes.
Expressing his delight at the overwhelming response to “Nostalgia,” Avinash Sahu extended heartfelt congratulations to all participants and expressed gratitude to the entire team of Rotaract Club Dhenkanal for their role in making the program a grand success.
