What events of surprise and unruly politics overtakes as the Congress has sacked Sachin Pilot as the Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister and the state party chief after the former skipped the second CLP meeting in Jaipur.

Aside from Pilot, to other senior leaders have been dropped from the party itself after they chose to remain to back with Pilot and give the CLP meet a miss, which was viewed as Congress’ last-jettison attempt to mend fences with the miffed leader and his faction.

CM Ashok Gehlot drove down to Raj Bhavan to make a formal request to the governor to drop Pilot and the two ministers from his bureau. The Congress legislature party that met today for the second consecutive the day passed a resolution seeking action against the rebel leaders to send a “solid message” and forestall any such future difficulty.

Congress Leader Randeep Singh Surjewala remained back to make the announcement. The Congress party laments that deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot and a portion of his supporting MLAs fell into the opposition BJP’s trap to destabilize the Gehlot government, he told the news conference before declaring Pilot’s sacking.

“I regret that Sachin Pilot and some of his associates have been swayed by BJP’s plot and are now conspiring to topple the Congress government elected by eight crore Rajasthanis. It is unacceptable,” RS Surjewala told journalists.

But Pilot reverted with a tweet, “Truth can be disturbed, not defeated,” the former has been camping in Delhi, as news travelled that the Congress has stripped him of his portfolios and even removed him from the post of Rajasthan Congress chief.

“This comes even as senior leaders of the party have made as many as 29 calls to Deputy CM and party’s state chief Sachin Pilot over the most recent two days”, sources said. Albeit frantic calls have been made, sources have informed that Pilot has held his grounds.

While Congress general secretary Priyanka Vadra has dilled Pilot multiple times over the most recent two days, previous party president Rahul Gandhi has called him once, and KC Venugopal has called him multiple times.

The political emergency in Rajasthan started on Friday when the police sent a notification to Sachin Pilot, requesting him to record his the announcement over the alleged offer to bring down the government.

Sachin Pilot has been disturbed since he was denied the Rajasthan chief minister’s post after the December 2018 assembly elections. Defying Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot went incommunicado, while his supporters professed to have the backing of 30 Congress MLAs and a few independents.

Tuesday’s gathering of the Congress was supposed to be another opportunity for Sachin Pilot. In spite of the fact that the Congress made interests to Sachin Pilot to go to the second meeting of Congress Legislature Party, he turned down all interests.

In the 200-part assembly, the Congress has 107 MLAs and the BJP 72. In the past, the ruling party guaranteed the help of 13 independents, two MLAs each from the CPM, and the Bhartiya Tribal Party (BTP), and one from the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD).

Talking on the turns of events, Ashok Gehlot had claimed that the opposition BJP was attempting to bait Congress MLAs. The BJP, be that as it may, dismissed the charges, saying the improvements just mirrored a force battle inside the ruling party.
