Sai International school bagged the number 1 position of school in India in Day-cum-Boarding School category as per the Education World India School Ratings (WEISR) 2020. In less than 12 years of establishments, SAI International School managed to withhold its first position and made Odisha proud.
In 2008, SAI became the first in the best school category in Odisha, and now with its consistent delegation for its education system and ruthless chase for excellence, it became India’s No. 1 School. In 2019, SAI was in no.3 position, making proud to each and everyone associated with the school. Leaving behind the school like Greenwood High, Bangalore, The Emerald Heights International School, Indore, The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, Modern School, Barakhamba Road, Delhi, Pallikoodam School, Kottayam, The Sanskaar Valley School, Bhopal, DPS, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, DPS, Noida, SAI managed to win the top position.
EWISR is one of the largest and most extensive surveys of top 2000 primary-Secondary schools which is classified into three categories- day, Legacy boarding and International institutions. So, SAI is the only school in Eastern India to able to get the Rankings by EWISR in the year 2007. With 118 Field organisation from Delhi-based-C-fore group, the schools were evaluated with some difficult survey and are interviews around 11368 individuals nationwide. It constituted of the socio-economic category ‘A’ parents, principals, teachers, educationists and senior school students, including 1,599 respondents from Eastern India. So with high scored in six parameters, SI International School ranked in the First position in India, Odisha and Bhubaneswar in the day-Cum-Boarding category.
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic school also provided online classes to the students and other necessary elements so that students will not be behind from their studies. Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, Founder and Mentor, thanked all the students, parents, facilities, State and the Central Government for their cooperation and support. He stated, “This colossal achievement of being the No. 1 School in India has not only placed Odisha in the forefront of K-12 education, but also reinforced the victory of innovation in education”.
