Shri Somesh Kumar Upadhyay, IAS, has been appointed as the new Collector & District Magistrate of Dhenkanal.
As per a notification issued by the Government of Odisha, General Administration & Public Grievance Department on Wednesday, 7 August, 2024, which mentioned the transfer and posting of several IAS officers in the State, he has been appointed as the new Collector & District Magistrate of Dhenkanal.
The 2017 batch IAS officer was working as Collector and DM of Deogarh. He will be replacing Shri Amrit Rituraj, IAS, who has been transferred and posted as Collector and DM, Kandhamal.
