TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited (TPWODL) has established a Consumers’ Grievance Redressal Forum office next to Bandutikra Chowk in Bargarh town.It was formally opened by TPWODL CEO Er. Gajanan Kale in front of high-ranking officials and staff members. The Grievance Redressal Forum has nominated Er. Bikram Kishore Singh, a Superintendent cadre officer, as its president. Additional officials have also been assigned to that position, and there is also a member.
Er. Kale went on to say that TPWODL has consistently concentrated on providing excellent service and resolving customers’ grievances ever since assuming responsibility for the power supply in Western Oregon.Five Grievance Redressal Forums have been set up in each of Western Odisha’s five circles, per OERC directive. Furthermore, TPWODL has developed a customer care centre in Baragarh with the aim of enhancing the quality of service rendered to its clientele.
