TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Odisha Government for power distribution in Central Odisha, has introduced a set of hassle-free and simple steps for customers planning to get a new connection as a step toward greater transparency and customer convenience. Anyone/customer can now get a new connection by following four simple steps. These include 1.0 registration, 2.0 document uploading/submission, 3.0 payment and verification, and 4.0 metre installation by the company.Customers can register by calling TPCODL’s dedicated Toll Free No. 1800-345-7122/ 1912, leaving a missed call at 8093009990, or texting “NC Mobile Number Name” to 8093009990, and they will receive a call from company officials.TPCODL has also established various channels and mediums for document submission and payment. Anyone who has completed the first step in the registration process can upload relevant documents and pay online via a link sent via SMS/WhatsApp/E-mail. The company will provide a link for uploading documents and making payments as soon as the customer completes the first step of registration. Customers can also physically submit the documents and make payments at the division’s nearest Consumer Care/ Section Office.
