This leader is operating global terrorist organization in India according to UN

Shihab al-Muhajir has been appointed as the new leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL-K), a global terrorist organization. Muhajir will now operate terrorist organizations in India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Maldives and Sri Lanka.
