The cutting-edge Customer Relation Centre (CRC) and Division Office of TPSODL were launched in Hinjlicut, marking a crucial turning point in its path. In the presence of the CEO, Amit Garg, distinguished board members Narendra Nath Misra and Ashok Kumar Tripathy attended this historic event.
An official press release claims that the new facilities are proof of TPSODL’s constant dedication to giving cherished clients first-rate service and assistance. The firm hopes to further expand its position in the area and improve the customer experience by making these strategic investments.
The CRC is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and a highly competent workforce committed to responding to client concerns quickly and effectively. In order to keep TPSODL flexible and responsive to market dynamics and customer demands, the Division Office will act as a focal point for strategic decision-making.
The previous four CRCs of TPSODL were situated in Berhampur (All Women), Jeypore, Parlakhemundi, and Rayagada. This one is the organization’s fifth CRC.
