TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) intends to convert all of its Rural Fuse Call Centres into Sampark Kendras in order to provide a one-stop solution for all rural electricity supply issues. This activity was carried out successfully in Behrampur Electrical Division II and Hinjlicut Division. All rural FCCs will be converted into Sampark Kendras by TPSODL.
The Sampark Kendras will be a game changer for rural service delivery because they will serve as an effective point of contact for resolving all issues related to electricity supply.
Customers can visit Sampark Kendras for issues such as bill payment, disputed bill resolution, updating contact numbers and email addresses, information on new connections, spot collection of arrears, regularisation of unmetered connections, theft/harassment reporting, commercial complaint registration, and other electricity-related issues.
