With over two decades of experience in IT consulting, enterprise solutions, and product development, Mr. Sahoo has consistently translated complex technology into real-world impact. From Bhubaneswar to global markets in Australia, the U.S., Malta, Vietnam, and Singapore, his journey reflects a mission-driven approach to scalable, transformative tech.
Born and raised in Odisha, Mr. Sahoo’s fascination with technology took root early. Driven by curiosity and a desire to create value, he pursued a B.Sc. from Utkal University, followed by advanced diplomas in networked computing, quality management, and computer applications. His academic journey culminated in an Executive PGDM from the Institute of Management & Information Science — a fusion of technical depth and business insight that would shape his leadership style.
In 2009, he founded ITPlusPoint Solutions with a clear goal: to deliver agile, customized IT solutions that help businesses grow and innovate. What began as a local consultancy in Bhubaneswar quickly grew into a global enterprise. By 2014, it had evolved into a private limited company with operations spanning five countries.
As Managing Director, Mr. Sahoo leads the company’s strategic and technological vision — offering services in enterprise software, IT consulting, web platforms, and offshore staff augmentation. Under his leadership, the firm has developed a strong reputation for embracing emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), enterprise security, and disaster recovery planning.
“We don’t just build technology,” says Mr. Sahoo. “We build frameworks for businesses to grow, scale, and innovate sustainably.”
Before starting his own venture, Mr. Sahoo held senior roles at industry leaders like TCS, Syncata, ICCG Inc., and Zensar Technologies, where he managed complex software projects across cities such as Sydney and Brisbane. These global assignments enriched his cross-cultural perspective and informed ITPlusPoint’s client-first, globally adaptive model.
In 2017, he extended his vision overseas by founding ITPlusPoint Pty Ltd in Sydney, where he served as Director until 2022. This move cemented the company’s international presence and reinforced its capacity to deliver with agility and insight.
Mr. Sahoo’s commitment to innovation didn’t stop at IT consulting. In 2023, he took on the role of Director at Extrusion ERP, a firm revolutionizing manufacturing-specific ERP systems. His certifications in Scrum and RPA reflect a continuous learning mindset and dedication to agile, forward-thinking practices.
Earlier, as Practice Head – Software Services at AABSyS IT, he led diverse functions ranging from pre-sales and solution architecture to business delivery, handling complex digital ecosystems with precision and foresight.
