Trump is still Top favourite in US Presidential elections

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Indian-American entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy are tied for second place in the Republican presidential field in a new survey, according to The Hill, marking an intriguing twist in the fight for the White House.According to a survey from Emerson College, Ronald Dion DeSantis and Ramaswamy are tied for second place with 10% each, trailing former president Donald Trump, who has 56% of the vote.

Additionally, pollsters discovered that DeSantis supporters had a little bit more “shaky support” than Ramaswamy supporters. Only a third of DeSantis supporters said they would certainly vote for him, compared to almost half of Ramaswamy supporters.His family left their ancestral home in Palakkad, Kerala, and immigrated. Vivek went to a Jesuit-affiliated Catholic school when he was a child.

 

In addition to being a devout Hindu, Vivek is a vegetarian, believes in only one deity, and speaks Tamil like a native. He married Apoorva Ramaswamy, a doctor he met while studying law at Yale. He and his wife have two sons together.
