Now a days food blogging has scaled to a new height and food bloggers are working really hard and leaving no stone unturned to make their blogs a masterpiece, similarly Rituparna Priyadarshiniee, started food blogging during the Nation wide lockdown imposed to contain the Coronavirus. Her blogs mainly focuses on vegetarian food. She has too participated in many giveaways organized by home bakers and various cloud kitchens and had won too. Interview Times had a detailed conversation with her, below are the excerpts,

Q1-What motivated you to start food blogging?

ANSWER: As I m very passionate about food , I want to make people aware of various vegetarian street food available and variety of vegetarian food which can be cooked at home. I want to make people fall in love with the vegetarian food and remove the fact from the mind of the people that vegetarian food doesn’t have any wow factor in it and this motivated me a lot to start blogging .
So I named my page as “MARINATED SPECIES,” because marinating different items, we can create something new and flavorful.

Q2- Do you love cooking? And what are your signature dishes?

ANSWER: Yes I do love cooking, mainly I love all types of chatpata, hot and spicy eatables at home like sev puri, bhelpuri, dahipuri, chat, dhokla. I do love to bake but not in making that customization and all, but a simple cake is the one which I love the most.

Q3- What is your blogging style?

ANSWER: I mainly focus on the street food because its pocket friendly and try to mention them on my posts, so that people can be aware of it and enjoy having those yummy stuffs at reasonable prices.

Q4- How do you source ideas for your content?

ANSWER: Source of ideas I get from google and add something from my side, also mention about the location and price so that people can know exactly about it. Mainly cover the street food, home made food and restaurant ones.

Q5- What are challenges you faced during your initial days of food blogging and how did you overcome them?

ANSWER: I started this page during the lockdown and at first we used to text many bloggers, some used to follow and some not but I used to work hard keeping out content brief and specific, slowly we gain followers and people use to appreciate our work, and this appreciation made me move forward, Hard work pays.

Q6- What message would you like to give our readers who are interested in food blogging?

ANSWER: I wanted to tell people that if you are starting or doing something don’t loose hope ,
because one day or the other you will definitely get your results, move on and keep on your blogging page filled with beautiful and yummy dishes and make people fall in love with it. Don’t move backward because “slow and steady wins the race” and keep on exploring new lip-smacking eatables. Always be ready to learn something new in every point of life.

Q7- Apart from food blogging what else do you love to do and why ?

ANSWER: Apart from food blogging, I love to paint, painting is the one which I love to do since childhood and I had won many prizes on that, also I love to read novels of my favorite author Sudha Murthy, she is just a gem for the society. As I am pursuing MBA, I love to study and love to give presentations, study is very important so I have to balance my study as well as food blogging.

8- What are your future ambitions?

ANSWER: I want to explore all around the world about the various cuisines, make people aware of the vegetarian food available all around.
