UIDAI launches nation-wide drive to update Aadhaar operators on policy changes

In order to increase the effectiveness of Aadhaar operators across the nation and reduce operator-level errors during enrollment, updates, and authentication processes, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a nationwide capacity building initiative. This initiative will educate Aadhaar operators about the most recent changes to policies and procedures in the Aadhaar ecosystem. According to authorities at the ministry of electronics and information technology, the exercise will greatly enhance citizens’ experiences. In reality, the UIDAI has already held over 20 training sessions throughout a number of states as part of the push to improve the operators’ skills.

Operators must have a solid awareness of procedures, rules, and regulations because they are responsible for enrollment, updates, and authentications and operate at the ground level, according to sources. The almost 3,500 operators and master trainers who have previously attended training sessions now have access to the most recent information and systems for enrolment, update, and authentication procedures. According to reports, they can start the process of information distribution and distribute the knowledge they have already learned.

Additionally, the UIDAI will hold over 100 more of these full-day training sessions around the nation this year.
