Dikhyaa Mohanty 
On Saturday, veteran Ollywood actor Uttam Mohanty was brought to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar and confined to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Sources claim that Mohanty’s condition quickly worsened this morning, forcing his family to seek emergency medical attention. As a result, he was placed on a ventilator. Although the specifics of his ailment have not yet been made public, reports suggest that Mohanty has been dealing with health problems for a while.
Over the course of several decades, the actor has appeared in more than 135 Odia films, 30 Bengali films, and one Hindi film. Born in Baripada in the Mayurbhanj area, Mohanty is wed to Aparajita Mohanty, an Odia actress. Babushan Mohanty, their son, is a well-known actor who has established himself in Odia film. The Odia cinema industry was rocked by the news of Mohanty’s hospitalization, and colleagues and fans are hoping he recovers quickly.
