The Health and Family Welfare Department said on Sunday that the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, PGIMER & Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar, had been chosen as the center for conducting the “WHO ACTION III Trial”.
On May 4, Dr. Ayesha Mariette De Costa, a scientist from the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Department of Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health, paid a visit to the O&G Department and SNCU of PGIMER & Capital Hospital.
According to the Health Department, “Dr. De Costa appreciated the PGIMER team for their readiness to conduct the research.”
