Resident Management Team in association with XIM University (New Campus), Odisha, successfully hosted the Food Carnival Fest – XU- Bites, on the 16th November, 2022.
The opening ceremony was done by Fr. S. Antony . Raj , SJ the registrar of XIM University (New Campus) , Odisha.
The fest aims to encourage local vendors of the city and students from across various departments of the university to showcase their culinary skills. This fest shall mark the mini launch of the flagship event, Xuhotsav’23.
Other campuses and students gathered to enjoy the fest. There were 15+ food stalls set up by the students. Food stalls with variety of cuisines from North Indian to South Indian, Chinese, Chaats, Desserts, Beverages, Paan valas and ice cream. There were music and some of the food stalls also had gaming conventions to attract the audiences.
The fest was a great success for everyone and everything was managed very perfectly by the Residents Secretaries Team and by the students who hosted the stalls.
