FIH representatives engaged with the squad when the issue was brought to light.The Japanese team expressed their regrets, emphasising the fact that they were completely unaware of it, according to a clarification from the FIH. The Korean team has been informed, and the problem is now being looked into, according to a statement from the FIH.The final score of the game—KOK-JPN 2-1—remains untouched, according to the FIH.
