The country’s economy is still in turmoil as the corona epidemic continues. The growth in trade in various sectors has led to rapid economic growth. According to the GST collection in March, the GST collection was about 27 per cent higher in March 2021 than in March 2020.
According to the Finance Ministry, GST revenue of Rs 1,23,402 crore was collected in March 2021. This includes the central GST of Rs 22.483 crore and the state GST of Rs 29,324 crore.
