Gradually man learns about pre-existing civilizations. Bricks, slums, settlements and skeletons are being discovered along with thousands of years of ancient metal.
Now geologists have discovered a city. It is said to be the second largest city in the world after Tutakhamun. Egypt’s famous geologist Jahi Awas has discovered the Golden City near Luxor. Which is believed to have been a valley of the king of that time.
Dr Jahi Awas’s search team said the city was buried under the sand. According to them, it is more than 3,000 years old. Known as Athena. It is said to be one of the oldest cities in Egypt. Which is said to be the second most important “archaeological discovery” ever made underground.
Experts have unearthed a piece of jewelry and a bowl of colorful pottery. Mud bricks were also found in the quarry.
