It has been decided to postpone the JEE exam once again for the corona epidemic. This time, the JEE Advanced exam has been postponed. The JEE Main exam has not been scheduled, so the JEE Advanced Examination, scheduled for July 3, has also been postponed. The JEE Main exam was scheduled to take place between the 24th and 29th of this month. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has now announced the suspension of JEE Main in view of the rising incidence of corona infections across the country.
The JEE Mains exam, which was earlier scheduled for April, has also been postponed. The Union Ministry of Education has decided to conduct the JEE Main four times this year. In this case, the examinee can appear in all four exams. “Everyone can score well for the JEE Advanced,” the Ministry of Education said. But so far, only two of the four JEE Mains tests have been performed. So now the JEE Advanced exam has been postponed.
Dr. Sadhana Parshar, Director of Examinations, NTA, said that the first examination of the JEE Main exam was held in February. More than 620,000 students participated. This was followed by a second test in March. More than 5.5 million students took the test. The third exam was scheduled for April 29-30, but was postponed due to corona. Due to the corona, the JEE Main Fourth Examination, which was earlier scheduled for May 24, 25, 26, 28, 28 and 29, has also been postponed.
According to the Ministry of Education, students will be notified of the test date 15 days before the exam.
