Israel destroys Hezbollah cells in Lebanon, and Biden speaks with allies about the Gaza conflict

Hezbollah claimed that one of its fighters was killed in the assault in the meantime.On Sunday, US Vice President Joe Biden spoke with the leaders of Britain, Canada, France, Germany, and Italy to address the escalating conflict. “The leaders reiterated their support for Israel and its right to defend itself against terrorism and called for adherence to international humanitarian law, including the protection of civilians,” according to a White House summary of the talks.

According to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the US anticipates that Iran’s proxies would play a larger role in the Israel-Hamas conflict, and they stated that the Biden administration is ready to act if American military troops or personnel are the subject of any such attacks. “This is not what we’re searching for or what we want. We do not desire escalation…We don’t want to have to defend our soldiers or forces. But we’re prepared for it if it does happen,” he continued.Netanyahu visited Israeli forces stationed close to the Lebanon border while Hezbollah was firing on Israel, and he issued a warning to the organisation backed by Iran. “Hezbollah will miss the Second Lebanon War if it decides to join the conflict. It’ll commit the worst error of its life. We’ll disable.

According to Israeli media cited by ANI, Israel’s National Cyber System stated that Israel’s public institutions and businesses require assistance in cyber security during the continuing conflict against the terrorist organisation Hamas in Gaza. According to reports, the cyber system would link businesses who provide security support in the cyber sphere to corporations looking to improve their defence at this time.Following a request from the US and recommendations from other political leaders, Israel announced on Sunday that a second shipment of humanitarian goods was approved for Gaza. On Saturday, the first 20-truck convoy arrived in the area.

In the meantime, India sent 32 tonnes of disaster relief goods and about 6.5 tonnes of medical help to the Palestinians. The aid kit includes essentials like tents, sleeping bags, tarps, water purification tablets, life-saving drugs, and surgical equipment.In the vicinity of Kerem Shalom on Sunday night, an Israeli military tank unintentionally fired and struck an Egyptian station close to the border. The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) expressed regret for the event and said they are looking into it.
