In light of the upcoming Utkarsh Odisha – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025, due to begin tomorrow, the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Commissionerate Police has ordered a variety of traffic restrictions ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s arrival. Several important city roads would be impacted by the restrictions, which were put in place to protect VVIPs and guarantee free-flowing traffic. The following traffic limitations will be in effect during the designated hours, and the public is encouraged to be aware of them:
Traffic Restrictions for January 28, 2025:
From 10:25 am to 11:10 am:

- Left Turn – Raj Bhavan Square
- Power House Square
- 120 Bn Square
- Shastri Nagar
- Behera Sahi Square
- Jaydev Vihar Square
- Xavier Square
- Nalco Square
From 12:20 pm to 1:05 pm:
- Nalco Square
- Xavier Square
- Jaydev Vihar
- Behera Sahi Square
- Shastri Nagar Square
- 120 Bn Square
- Power House Square
- Raj Bhavan Square (Left Turn)
- AG Square (Right Turn)

Emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire engines will not be subject to these limitations. To prevent disruption during the limited hours, the public is asked to arrange their journeys appropriately. The Commissionerate Police ask for everyone’s cooperation to ensure public safety and efficient traffic flow.
