His professional journey includes impactful stints at renowned OEMs and Systems Integrators such as IBM, Cisco, Wipro, Dimension Data, and Tata Communications. He has served key industry verticals—Manufacturing, Government, Energy & Utilities, Banking, and Financial Services—bringing to each a deep understanding of sector-specific digital transformation needs.
At Tata Communications, where he served as Director – East for over seven years, he wasn’t just managing regional operations. He was also entrusted with leading Smart Metering initiatives nationally, playing a pivotal role in India’s transition toward intelligent infrastructure.
In October 2024, Kallol assumed his current position at CtrlS and Cloud4C, two of India’s most trusted names in datacenter and cloud services. Based in Kolkata, he now spearheads regional growth for a company known for managing mission-critical infrastructure for large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
At CtrlS, he leads with a laser-sharp focus on sales strategy, P&L ownership, service excellence, and marketing leadership. Meanwhile, Cloud4C—recognized globally by Gartner as a Visionary in the 2021 Magic Quadrant for Public Cloud IT Transformation Services—continues to scale under his guidance, offering automation-led managed services, DevOps-driven modernization, and sovereign cloud solutions to some of the world’s most demanding IT environments.
