Q: Dr. Nag, what inspired you to transition from practicing gynaecology to focusing on mind-body healing?
Answer: I heal financial, mental, and physical problems because I have experienced them all myself. I faced financial struggles in my childhood, stress after marriage, and after my husband passed away, I developed diabetes, followed by a heart block that led to angioplasty. I know the pain of all these challenges, and I don’t want anybody else to suffer. That is why I took up this healing path—to help mankind.
Q: How does mind-body healing differ from conventional medical approaches, and what benefits have you observed in your patients?
Answer: That’s an interesting question. We are taught that 99.99 percent of diseases are psychosomatic. When I came across NLP and José Silva’s techniques, I immediately knew—this is what I need to learn. Unlike conventional methods, we don’t use medicines. NLP—Neuro-Linguistic Programming—means I use language and communication to work with the brain. By talking, I reprogram the mind: removing negative thoughts from the subconscious and replacing them with positive ones. The result is a complete 360-degree transformation. The benefits are immense—no medicines, and the cure is permanent. In allopathy, once you stop taking medicines, the problem often comes back.
Q: Your website, drholistichealing.com, shares insights on holistic wellness. What core message do you want people to take away from it?
Answer: The message I want to spread is that this is a wonderful method. With just four sessions, you are healed forever—without medicines. I want people to realize how powerful their mind truly is, and the wonders it can create.
Q: With your many creative hobbies like singing, dance, and sketching, how do these artistic pursuits influence your healing philosophy?
Answer: Fine arts and healing are both very delicate arts. Perhaps I connect with healing on the same level. When I immerse myself in fine arts, I become a completely different person. Similarly, when I am healing, I am transformed into someone else. This shift helps me deeply in my healing work.
